WHEN A LITTLE KNOWLEDGE CAN GO A LONG WAY WITH THE ADAPTAFLEX XTRA PACKAGEProduct training seminars are now available from Adaptaflex on the comprehensive range of flexible conduit systems from the UK's leading manufacturer.
As part of the company's on-going Xtra , ‘Raising the standard' campaign, Adaptaflex is making available training packages on its complete range of products, with full in-house training at electrical wholesaler branches.
“We developed the training package, which offers different levels of technical information, initially for internal use,” explained Dave White, Adaptaflex National Sales Manager. “It proved so successful in building product confidence that we have since trialled it externally where it has been extremely well received.
The Adaptaflex wholesaler package details what the branch staff require and, subject to agreement, it can be delivered to suit the timing requirements of the individual branch concerned.
“As part of our product offering we can also look at a branch's strategy in flexible conduit systems, offering help and advice as well as support material to improve sales and generate sales leads,” added Dave White. “Where the package has been delivered we can clearly identify an increase in flexible conduit sales, which comes with increased product knowledge and confidence.
“Our Area Sales Managers can work closely with branch sales personnel in following up information and arranging joint customer visits, often necessary where large volume contracts are required on a specific project.”
Adaptaflex also offers its wholesaler partners the back-up and security of the Xtra Customer Service Assurance on its 400 most popular products, which it will guarantee to have available ex-stock to ensure that products are available when required.
