NEW INFORMATION LEAFLET GIVES THE FULL LOW DOWN ON ADAPTAFLEX PRODUCT INTRODUCTIONS
Adaptaflex has recently introduced no fewer than six new products to its already extensive range of flexible conduit systems as part of its Xtra, 'Raising the Standard' programme.
As a result of this the company has produced a comprehensive and informative eight -page leaflet covering all the new product introductions as well as spelling out the company's 'Xtra' programme and its Customer Service Assurance.
Benefiting from the new products is Adaptalok, which now has a range- enhancing, high visibility insert that fits into the conduit corrugations and affords protection for the system to IP68 - 1.1 bar for 35 minutes.
Major investment in new tooling has lead to the introduction of an extended range of fittings many offering unique features such as swivel metallic threads, which were unique to the Adaptalok range. Now they are available for Adaptaseal and Adaptaring conduit systems. NPT and PF (gas) thread fittings are introduced across the Adaptaseal, Adaptaring, Korifit and Xtraflex systems.
The leaflet also details the range of Contractor Packs offered by Adaptaflex, including the all-new, economy, grey Polypropylene IP54 packs, in popular 20mm and 25m nominal outside diameter conduit sizes, complete with fast fit metric fittings.
New polyamide cable glands in white and black are covered as are the range of heavy weight PI non-metallic conduits with high fatigue life and increased crush strength.
Also featured in the leaflet is the new non-metallic conduit PIES, developed for use in robotic and electrostatic applications, which minimises static build up.
