New products, British Superbike and 'Rail Guide' to feature on Adaptaflex stand Adaptaflex, a world leader in flexible conduit system technology, will be announcing new products at Infrarail, promoting its highly regarded ‘Rail Industry Specification Guide' and will have Tommy Hill of the Worx Crescent Suzuki team, from the British Superbike Championship, visiting the stand.
Continuing its personal sponsorship of top British Superbike Championship rider Tommy Hill for the 2010 season, Adaptaflex will have his new Worx Crescent Suzuki race motorcycle on the stand throughout the show. Tommy will make a personal appearance on the stand on Wednesday, April 14 to meet visitors as well as sign promotional merchandise.
New products for the ‘Adaptalok ATS' range will be announced at the show. This will add to the already extensive offering of this highly versatility, evolutionary and unique non-metallic flexible conduit system developed by Adaptaflex. Significantly reducing installations times with its single piece fittings and push-twist-pull installation process, ‘Adaptalok ATS' is already being specified on international rail projects and is suitable for all wet or dry applications possessing the highest possible ingress protection ratings. System performance and integrity are assured, whilst at the same time offering a quicker more economical installation process.
The system already includes an extensive range of fittings ideal for rail applications, including straights and elbows with nylon or swivel metal threads, in a range of sizes from 13mm to 54mm.
It offers full low fire hazard capability, high impact resistance, vibration resistance and low temperature flexing. Equally it can be used on signalling, trackside and infrastructure applications to protect critical cable systems.
Also being promoted at the show is Adaptaflex's definitive guide to specifying flexible conduit systems, the ‘Rail Industry Specification Guide'. Providing an overview of the demanding application requirements along with detailed information on Adaptaflex's extensive experience in the rail industry, the guide includes International and Country Standards, how they are applied and developments currently in progress regarding harmonisation of standards.
