Steven scoops a satnav in Adaptaflex competition Bristol based electrician, Steven Taylor, has become the second person to scoop a satnav prize in the Adaptaflex nationwide ‘Scratch-2-Win' competition. The scratch card competition, which is running in Adaptaflex Super and Premier stockists throughout the UK, is giving customers the chance to win one of ten TomTom ONE satellite navigation systems and enter a prize draw for a Samsung 32” LCD TV.
Steven, 25, works for his father's company, Taylors Electrical which he joined as an apprentice on leaving school. It was when Steven was purchasing supplies at Walsall Electrical Wholesalers in Bristol that he tried his luck on the scratch cards.
“I did have a few tries before I got lucky” admitted Steven “but I was particularly pleased to win as my dad had his own sat nav so now I have one too.”
Taylors Electrical have been using Adaptaflex products for some 24 years. Current projects include the motor wiring for the smoke ventilation systems for B&Q and the firm is also involved in a £7m refit of the prestigious Avon Gorge Hotel.
Steven is pictured receiving his satellite navigation system from Adaptaflex's Kevin Wyatt at Walsall Electrical Wholesalers' Bristol branch with Chris Hook. - Ends -
