ADAPTAFLEX - ONE OF THE MOST VERSATILE AND COMPLETE RANGES OF FLEXIBLE CONDUIT SYSTEMS FOR CABLE PROTECTION
NBR Nussbaumer N.V. , is showing the extensive range of flexible conduit systems for the protection of electrical, coaxial, data and telecommunications cabling, from Adaptaflex, the UKs leading manufacturer.
While there are many general applications for flexible conduit systems, there are equally a host of specialised ones, including maintenance, machine installations, or refurbishment work where the protection of electric cabling is paramount. With over 5000 components in its product range of metallic and non-metallic flexible conduit systems, Adaptaflex has a suitable system to meet any given cable management application.
The highly versatile Adaptalok non-metallic conduit system, which offers fast, easy installation with push and twist fittings to afford IP66 ingress protection as standard, without the need of tools, now benefits from a high visibility insert seal. Easy to install, the seal increases the system rating to IP67, IP68 or IP69k, for the most demanding of applications.
Adaptalok, systems are available in sizes from 10mm-54mm diameter and benefit from a full range of fittings, including 90º curved elbows, 45º swivel flanges and straight swivel flanges as well as T & Y pieces and push-in fittings for standard knockouts. A Jumbo range is also available in 80mm and 106mm diameter conduit sizes and makes the Adaptalok system suitable for an even wider variety of maintenance applications.
Highly versatile, two-part fittings are introduced to the Adaptaseal, Adaptaring and Xtraflex flexible conduit systems. They bring many benefits including faster installation times, quick release facility, without the need for tools, a new flat face sealing washer and a complete range of thread options.
Metallic systems, including Adaptasteel liquid tight and overbraided systems, are suitable for liquid tight, oil resistant, EMI screening or high strength and vandal resistant applications. Used extensively on manufacturing and processing plant, robotics, services, lighting, security and CCTV applications, Adaptaflex systems are approved to a number of industry-wide European and International standards.
